4MW Single Axis Tracking PV project
Advised juwi Renewable Energy on the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a 4MW solar farm at the Agnew Gold Mine. The EPC contract was negotiated with Energy Developments Limited (EDL), which also provided the thermal power station component of the project. The solar installation features a 4MW single-axis tracking PV system, integrated with advanced cloud forecasting and a microgrid control system to ensure seamless operation within the mine’s off-grid network. Together, the solar and thermal systems provide reliable power to both critical and non-critical loads across the mine site.
