Pegasus Legal advised Komo Energy on the development of the Goulburn Dispatchable Solar Farm, including grid connection, engineering services, EPC and O&M procurement, and the divestment to the Goulburn Community Energy Co-operative.
The project is set to become one of Australia’s largest community-owned solar and battery initiatives.
