Pegasus Legal advised Wirsol Pty Ltd on the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contract for the Stubbo Solar Farm in New South Wales, Australia. The engagement involved negotiating subcontractor terms with PCL Constructors Pacific Rim Pty Ltd and ensuring compliance with renewable energy project delivery standards.

The project is expected to avoid 4.3 million tonnes of CO2-e emissions and to power an average of 185,000 Australian homes.
