162MW Amateras Shiroishi Solar Project

Pegasus Legal advised Amateras Solar GK (a Vena Energy company) on the EPC Contract, O&M Agreement, and related documents for the 162MW Amateras Shiroishi Solar Project in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. We also provided a legal opinion to the project finance lenders.

Once completed, this will be one of Japan’s largest solar projects.
