7MW Solar PV Project
Legal and strategic advisory services were provided for the Nova Nickel Mine Solar Farm project, advising Solea AG on the development, procurement, and financing of a 7 MW solar PV installation integrated with the mine’s existing diesel power station. This involved conducting thorough contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, managing risk, and structuring a power purchase agreement that supported a hybrid energy solution. The work helped facilitate the development of Australia’s first fully integrated commercial solar–diesel hybrid system at the Nova nickel mine in Western Australia.
