Port Hedland Solar Project – Advised BeauSol Funds Management on the development and financing of a 20-hectare solar farm and battery storage system in Port Hedland, Western Australia. The engagement involved negotiations with the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) for project grant funding, and the preparation of term sheets and memoranda of understanding (MOUs) for key contractual arrangements, including power purchase agreements (PPAs).
