Advised BeauSol Funds Management on the development and funding of a 20 hectre solar farm and battery system in Port Hedland, Western Australia. The project involved negotiations with the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) for grant funding for the project and development of term sheets and MOUs for key contractual arrangements, including power purchase agreements (PPA).
