Western Power Stand-Alone Power Systems (SAPS)

Advised BayWa r.e. on complex contractual negotiations with Western Power, involving multiple subcontracts for the supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of off-grid solar PV and battery energy storage systems (Stand-Alone Power Systems – SAPS) across regional and remote communities. Our work included reviewing and drafting technical scopes, performance requirements, risk allocation frameworks, and long-term O&M arrangements to ensure project bankability and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
