Gerald is an industry leader in the renewable energy sector having advised on projects in more than 30 countries both from within the industry and as a practising lawyer. For the last 17 years he has worked almost exclusively in the solar industry.
Gerald was General Counsel and Head of International Project Development at a German renewable energy developer for nearly 3 years. He has also worked at leading international law firms such as Ashurst and DLA Piper.
Unlike most lawyers, he has a deep understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of renewable energy projects.
When Gerald is not thinking about his clients, he’s busy spending time with his young family, trail running and playing the violin with the Brisbane Symphony Orchestra.
